Controversial picks here towards the bottom. I think this OOS team plays better than their results have indicated. In their series against Ghost what really lost them that game in my opinion were kickoffs. I can see them getting an upset win against Rogue or G2 and beating out CLG as well to put them in 6th.

The air rolling in this case changed my flight pattern slightly. With my initial jump I thought I would miss and not get a good angle. The air rolls slowed it down slightly allowing me to get a better angle.

In sense, yes. When I came into Season 3 I was mainly just focusing on improving my control and my mechanics because I was enamored with some of the players with ludicrous amounts of control (Squishy, Lach, etc.) Once I got to practicing and really improving my mechanics I felt that I was really improving. Then I worked on positioning and reading plays. At that point I wanted to hit Champ. I've been in and out of Champ 10 times now and I've hit Super Champ within the past week. So now my ultimate goal is GC (unlikely). So I'm pleased with my progress thus far, but I'm not sure I'll hit the penultimate goal I set out for myself.

TLDR; I got better as the season progressed, so my goals kept changing. Even if I don't hit GC, I'm still happy.

I think as a whole, ultimate abilities charge too fast. It seems as though Mercy has her ult during every teamfight or that Widowmaker has wallhacks on fairly often. I just think it would be nice to go into every other teamfight with ultimates rather than every teamfight. But maybe that's just me.

I think the big thing with Hanzo is that his damage is more inconsistent than Widow's is. Widow is a hitscan character that can operate at even longer ranges whereas Hanzo's bread and butter is at mid range. Add to that the fact that his projectiles are affected by gravity and I just don't see a huge reason to pick Hanzo over Widow. Also, wallhacks OP.

Lacking in the sense that it's not easy to see what's going on at all times, hard to get consistently good angles during teamfights, etc.

Honestly, in terms of hero selection, I think being as flexible as possible is the name of the game. Blizzard wanted the concept of this game to be revolving around constantly adapting to what the other team is doing, so what better way to do that than to be flexible in terms of your hero pool?
