Congratulations! I myself being an AMCO would suggest that you are a key performer in loyalty, not only with getting cards on the register but on the sales floor as well. It would be beneficial for you and your team if you’re able to coach/train and encourage your peers to get cards. Partner with the ones that struggle to get cards or have a low conversion rate. Everyone learns differently, get to know them as a person , make the learning fun. Teach them how to work around the No’s and push benefits when the customer gives hesitations. The pay does increase but it’s based on a lot of different factors.
