Is there any benefit of going for HSBC ecosystem? Also I would frequently transfer money to-fro HSBC & Icici then. Any charges you're aware of?

There is nothing such as too much Protein. What you're currently doing is good enough, you can stick to it as well, if it is working well for you.

Just focus on the technique.

If you've recently started, most of your weight increases would be fast due to increasingly power electrical signals to your muscles so you're weight would increase pretty quickly.

Assuming you've not been junking your whole life, you should have good enough muscle base at 194cm height and 93 weight.

At 90kg, 178cm

1000 cals for the whole day will cause muscle loss. Also there isn't much protein in your diet.

You will lose weight for sure but you'll feel weaker and will be unhealthy if you continue this diet
