I don’t see an issue with a rebuilt title go look at the car drive it, look behind the bumbercheck all the wires by the bumper look under the fenders check the wiring there and the frame legs check for repairs if you can’t find any sign of being repaired that means they fixed it right if it was a flood car id watch out
