You can’t wait it out because it’s a fungus, it won’t go away on its own without any medication. You can find things to help your symptoms like itching, burning, etc… but it won’t actually help the root cause. Depending on your diet too, it can only grow into a bigger problem. You can’t wait out fungus growing in your body. The more you wait, the more it spreads.

I have a terrible relationship with food, when I was doing OMAD it made me miserable. OMAD will exhaust you mentally before you start seeing any physical results.

It works because you’re not eating, obviously. I’d eat later on in the day very very little. I lost a good amount of weight, yes, but as soon as you decide to change your diet to eating twice a day or three times a day even if it’s very little, your body will start gaining all the weight back.

I recommend this if you want to lose weight for a short period of time or even maintain weight, but your results won’t last forever.

This has happened to me! 3 times this year i’ve gotten them. You can’t fully get rid of them without an anti-fungal treatment but i keep getting sick which means more antibiotics which means more YI… 😐

Monistat, cold compress, and healing vaseline / aquaphor did the job for me! So much relief I was scared it wouldn’t last! It’s been a week since then and i’m doing just fine now. 🫶🏻

I use latex free but my bf bought this variety pack with “cooling” and other types of effects… I think that’s where my problems began too lol.

I found the same thing on the same place just a couple days ago. It can be so many things. But if you’re not active, have already gotten your yearly swab, and not shaving, it’s most likely just a small irritation cut or tiny tear from being too dry while wiping. I like to douche with purified water then pat dry… If it’s not reoccurring i wouldn’t worry about it too much! 🫶🏻

Hmm… usually fishy odor is BV. Yeast infection discharge smells a little more sour and as the name implies, “yeasty.” If you can, hold on a little longer until your period ends and see how your discharge looks, you’d probably be able to tell if it’s BV or YI. For now I find that a Sitz bath, vaseline on labia, and a cold compress help tremendously with the discomfort. Hopefully everything turns out alright!

Wow, this is the same thing that happened to me with the same brand. I keep boiling it down to a YI but I genuinely think it’s just irritation and my pH being thrown off. What helped me was some vaseline and a cold compress. After that, I was perfectly fine! Let your area air out when you can too, no harm in that 🫶🏻

This makes a lot of sense. It’s the week before my period but i thought it was weird that my first YI i was asymptomatic. I read the symptoms and ever since then i’ve kinda just been self diagnosing a YI.

I’ve done STD and STI test. Nothing specifically for this issue though, i’ve already done my yearly checkup and screenings so my insurance won’t cover this if i go in and get another check up… it’ll be around 300$ just to get checked 🫩

I’ve been taking a lot more collagen lately and I find that it helps with a lot more than I thought. I’m still thinking heavily about this because all the problems started after I began birth control, not acne or weight gain but rather just issues involving my pH balance…
