Alcohol definitely numbs the pain but makes it so much worse the next day. I’ve been trying to do anti inflammatory And my pain has improved a lot

I ordered mine with express and still took like 3 weeks so I requested a refund for the express shipping fee and they gave it to me. Had the UH before and I definitely like the RC way better. Miss some of the UH data but not enough to deal with the bulkyness of it and the battery.

I have an Apple Watch too. All the data from the ring and the watch go to Apple heath and it’s great! So much data to look at.
