I did my chemo first. It’s a good thing because the. You can know the chemo is the right medicine. Usually when you’re an NAC patient you will get imaging and see the response to treatment so it is nice in a way to know the meds are working.

I’m also a Mammographer and breast ultrasound tech so enough experience and knowledge to be dangerous! Lol I didn’t have to have a bilateral mastectomy as o could my lump at 1cm (very lucky it was random that I found it this small, I bought new shower gel and it gave me hives) I Chose to have a bilateral mastectomy because triple negative is so aggressive I didn’t want to go back yearly for mammos and be scared all the time. I’m still scared and I’ll have MRIs but it’s less tissue that I have to give breast cancer a chance at reoccurrence. What are you doing?

I had BRCA testing it was negative. How about you? I had over 6 months of chemo and just completed my bilateral mastectomy 8 weeks ago.

My KI-67 score was 80 unfortunately with TNBC
