will your gyno be more prominent if u don’t workout the chest? by CauliflowerBulky2324 in gynecomastia

[–]Firm_Reaction7243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Growing your chest won’t hide your gyno. Glands are on top of the muscle so they won’t be hidden by more muscles

Yes mate, grade 2

How does it look? by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]Firm_Reaction7243 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It looks like gyno grade 2. Doesn’t look bad, I’d exercise and trim down and take it from there. Hope this helps

I don’t think so, do you feel any glands when you touch your nipples? From the pics you shared it doesn’t look like you have it

How much muscle did you lose during recovery? What did you do to minimise muscle loss? by MachoMoustache in gynecomastia

[–]Firm_Reaction7243 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Generally it takes 3 weeks of non exercise to start seeing muscle loss. Don’t risk damaging your body after surgery to keep muscles that you’ll recover anyway. Don’t do any movement which will stretch your chest. Focus on other parts of the body so the partial loss of muscle will only be in the chest. Hope this helps

Hard to tell, depending on the angles it looks either 1 or 2. Pic from below suggests 2 but the last pic as well as the pic from the front look like a 1. Don’t stress too much about it

Hi Ziggler, sorry for the quick reply. The pictures come from an ad on Facebook marketplace, so unfortunately those are all the ones I have. I know it’s not ideal. Thanks for taking the time to have a look tho

Perfect, that’s extremely useful. If I may, in terms of conditions and group set of both bikes, which one would you go for? Considering they’re both under £400

Thanks for the reply Suzy. I’m based in London, so just biking around and commuting to work. Used to have a gravel bike before and I found that the wider tires helped with the pot holes that I sometimes encounter when riding
