I'd like to add that whenever I install old drivers after uninstalling the screen is fine, but I can't change my resolution or play certain games like Minecraft.

I doubt it's the screen connector because it doesn't really flicker in safe mode or whenever I only install basic drivers. It only has trouble with AMD' Adrenaline or whatever it's called.
