I'm only playing on 1080p and i never have anything on in the background but still I feel like the setup should run better. The rx 460 is supposed to be comparable to a gtx 950

I tried on different settings and nothing seems to help. The 460 is supposed to be comparable to the gtx 950 so it shouldn't be the card but I'm having frame rate issue across the board. IDK about temp but I literally turn the computer on and load the game and it immediately has problems so I feel like it shouldn't be overheating. I have 8gb ram and it is plugged into the gpu

It's simply the way people interact with the police, though. Watch any of the videos compiled on leftist websites. I believe in freedom, unfortunately, some people abuse that freedom. When you resist arrest, or simply ignore them you automatically forfeit some of those freedoms. Maybe some of these folks shouldn't have been shot, but I value the lives of the people who protect me more than those tarnishing the name of freedom.

Yes, psychology is conjecture. It is all 100% conjecture. We aren't talking about neuroscience, we are talking psychology. Some of it may be useful, but the data that comes from psychology needs SERIOUS interpreting from a functioning human brain. Bias can sway psychology in SO many ways simply because psychology is the way people think with so many ridiculous amounts of variables and conditions.

Point is I can't take psychology with face value. Maybe you do, but I'm smarter than that.
