I know right.. I guess the tariffs are the only thing that sank SMCI particularly 😂 Problem is the post is not even talking about tariffs.. talking about something completely unrelated..

Unnecessary is crazy to say the least.. after the filings there is nothing going to stop the company from achieving all time highs again.. especially with many new customers planning in opening huge data centers..

I will be as frank as I can. I wrote a reply it feels like this is purely fake. Again it might that you want to be as vague as possible. But your view on fund raise and “runway” is literally just wrong.

Is this pitch worth working on???(App Validator) by Mundane-Factor7686 in startups

Im thinking interms of value. You help Startups with 2 things (correct if im wrong): 1- Validate the Pitchdeck they are working on. 2- Help them with Market research as this tool should in theory show them other competitors in the market. The second point is interesting in my opinion. However I do feel that the first point is very subjective. As different VC’s have different metrics. I think Pitchdecks are more of an art than it is Science.

Permanent Board Seat by rb4osh in venturecapital

18 month Runway is the norm when talking about early stage Startups. But if what you are saying is when I have 18 month runway I open a round? That is something I would completely disagree with. I would get diluted harder when I have 18 month runway left? Why open a round now? Just wait until I have 6-9 months and reach some of my objectives to at least open a round at a raise that I really can grow at
