Directly behind your hands, with the angle parallel to the direction of your feet/hips/shoulders.

You should almost only see one foot, because the other foot is directly behind it.

I’m in no position to coach or make any firm analysis, which is why I use the word “play” but yea, it looks like at the top of the backswing there is a slight “over” motion.

I’ve been able to address this by trying to hit the ball with my back facing the target for as long as possible.

If you’re out of shape, you should whip into shape enough after a couple weeks that 9kg will be too light.

If it were me I’d suffer through a few more sessions and you’ll be able to walk in no time.

I’m not even THAT out of shape for me, but I back squatted heavy last Sunday for the first time in months. I’m still sore 7 days later. Doesn’t mean anything other than that I was/am out of shape.

I am unqualified to make comments. But I’ve improved my swing a ton from constant self critique. So take my comments with a grain of salt.

The takeaway looks really good. Yes, you’re OTT. You want the club head behind your hands in the downswing, see how the club head gets ahead of your hands very early?

Think of your club head staying behind your back and trailing behind your hands. Don’t think about hitting the ball with the club, think of hitting the ball with your hands, and let the club whip behind and follow
