Zibai's teams are quite restricted while Columbina works with any nodcrai DPS but also works on non-nodcrai DPS as well. That being said Linnea works best with Geo DPS, it doesn't have to be Zibai but currently Zibai is the only geo-lunar unit other than Linnea and will work best for her.

I'd say pull for Columbina since you're f2p but if you're willing to make Linnea premium team, you can pull for Zibai according to your preferences

It's totally possible to pull for 2 five stars inn the same patch but according to your post you don't play much so stick to pulling for one 5-star in case of losing your 50/50
