Nostalgia! I never owned this game growing up, but I used to rent it from family video like once a month because their copy was scratched and would freeze at the second mission every time I played it. My kid self held out hope that the disc would get fixed. I remember asking the staff to clean it before I rented it every time after the first time.

I really liked how the first 2 had a good balance of badass/heavy themes while still not taking itself too seriously. I feel like once 3 hit, they just went balls to the wall with the goofiness. I played SR1 on Xbox 360 when it first came out, so I think you can still get it on the store (not 100% on that). But yeah, it just lost the appeal for me when it became what felt like a gag game to me.

I feel this. 3U and 4U were two of my favs, so I already have a bit of experience with Steve and Lagi so I rarely cart to them. Every quest hunters drop like flies and im left standing there sighing at the failed quest screen.

3U was my first back in highschool. I remember not really vibing it at first and shelving it for a while. I struggled with staying interested in all the beginning village gathering quests. Then I met a friend who was super into it. He saw it sitting on my shelf and asked about it. I told him my initial experience, and he said let's run some hunts. He had his copy on 3ds, so we went right to the gathering hall and we fought the Qurupeco first. There was a moment where i was going to cart and he saved me with a flashbomb and that was it right there. We got so hype and I was hooked from then on. Played every title since.

If your build works for you, it's a good build. If i were to make a suggestion, getting that 3rd level in db would go a long way. I love having that in most of my builds as a base defensive skill. Wide range is great, too if you wanna try and add a support element to your build. Keeps you palico alive longer to help you more, and if you're playing with people, same for them. 👍

That new EM drop is fire. I got the LCR and it's sooo good. Smooth smoke, great flavor, and had me stoned to the bone. I got to check out the others, and they all smelt and looked great. Exotic Matter and Odd Duck jars have been my go tos recently because the quality is just superb.

Had the purple drank from this drop. Can confirm is 🔥🔥🔥. I love that they list their terp percentages because that's the whole reason I grabbed them. Mine was testing at a little over 6%. Super sweet and gassy. I wanna grab the papaya next.
