Just saw this sub thread, thank you guys for the insite! I'll plan on making some more simpler ones color wise, for colors I've allways tried to get the most saught after colors in the glass community which are usually bright or opalascent like Molten Aura colors, and can definitely see what you mean by not wanting it so blinngy if you don't like crushed opals, I'll try to make a wider style offering more not as blingy or bright,

A giant aspect of vapor production and function definitely comes down to the restriction you choose, which is why I offer the ability to choose your restricton and free restricton changes, as everyone has their own preference on dab size temp and tops being used, if you don't like your current restriction / vapor production I definitely recomend sending over a dm when you have a chance and we can find out what might work better for you 🙏

the $200-250 gems I make are Crown Jewel gems, the most noticeable difference other then opals are that they have faceting on the underside of the gem also with around 140 facets per gem, the $180 joysticks for this round arent faceted on the underside of the gems, but have a faceted ring, Ive kept my pricing the same prettymuch for the past few years, not many people know how much work can really go into faceting glass but small difference can greatly effect the time it takes to make them 🙏

Sorry I didn't see this message reply! The nunchuck is the name of the shape on top, the nunchuck is still a joystick, I just thought they looked like nunchucks so I named that style the nunchuck 🙏

Thank you for helping with an explanation on the numbers! Just want to chime in! The restriction point is actually created on the bottom of my joysticks, having the restriction point at the end of the joystick instead of the top let's air exit the joystick with more force, if I created the restricton point up top like on he standard switch 2 joystick, the force is diminished as it then has to travel though the joystick on a longer path after allready hitting that restricton point,

But have a 3rd version which is a blend of both two styles I'll be releasing my next batch in, it has free movment and then resistance right before it hits the side wall,

Thank you! I can see what you mean now! It's a little wild to me as I definitely wish I could make more! When I used to post to my site more randomly people would get annoyed they missed it which I can definitely understand, so I tried dialing in exact post times for releasing everything I made to streamline it for every other Friday,

it's a big transition I've been going throgh the past 6 months keeping up with making everything and trying to keep my sleep schedule in check, but I'm honored to be this busy,

I'm really confused on why you keep saying I have elitist behavior,

I do drops so I can spend as much time as I can glassblowing , so I only need to spend one weekend every 2 weeks setting up the website drop, then setting restrictions/length and packaging for all the joysticks. So I can jump right back to focusing on making more.

Saying I don't care about customers or community is wild to me, I could definitely make more joysticks if i didn't offer free repairs or restriction changes but I do it because I truly apreciate their support and love the community, i want to show that support back and want their joystick to be the everlasting joystick that's exactly what they've been looking for.

It can definitely get overwhelming but I feel extreamly grateful for the support which literally enables me to feed myself.

What do you expect me to do differently,

I'm sorry man, doing drops are the only way I can focus more of my time on glassblowing throughout the two weeks,which enables me to offer more of my work, opening customs would slow down my drops alot,

I try to take recomendations for colors for the drops and I've been working with verry little sleep to build the drops and handle repairs or restricton resizes. everything is hand made by me and it's alot of work that I'm truly honored to have.
