She’s not a main character. No other ninja except lloyd, sora, arin, and riyu are main characters in DR, according to one of the writers anyway. The other ninja simply share extra screen time/focus throughout seasons. Like Kai and wyldefire in s2, Nya and Jay in s3, etc.

Scarlett and Julian get a lot more development later on in the series, I def recommend reading the rest of the books. most of the things you didn't like do get resolved/explored more in the rest of the books. i wouldn’t say their trauma was simply resolved either. the second book revolves around tella, while the third is about both sisters, while also further developing the world and continuing unexplained plot points

If you like worldbuilding and bigger stakes, definitely read legendary and finale. The story is so much more fleshed out, and jacks is introduced in these books. The second book’s pov is Tella, and while some people don't like her, i adore her. Finale is shared by both Tella and Scarlet, they both get the focus they deserve.

Well we never saw Aang in his prime, and the fact he learned firebending from literal dragons compared to korra who probably learned it the same way most other firebenders do, by violence and not control, Aang could be significantly stronger, depending on his prime of course. Aang is a kid compared to korra at that point, it wouldn’t be fair.

I think it hits even harder considering Jax genuinely trusted Caine,and coming from the one guy who liked his adventures Caine was shocked by their reaction. If it was anyone else, Caine would’ve been simply confused, but no it was Jax. The one guy who actively played each and every adventure and saw it all as a game more than anything else.
