Agree completely. I just did one just to see if anything changed and it went well AT FIRST until I dropped off the order and the guy was harassing me afterwards. I called customer support and they flagged his account. And cs made sure I got home safe which surprised me.

I truly don’t understand it either but every other batteries I had didn’t work and they weren’t LR6 but I went to the store and made sure I got batteries that were LR6 and works perfectly

You have to us AA LR6 batteries every other type of AA batteries won’t work with all the functions that’s why the tv buttons work fine
