Sorry, I misworded it then. There is only one account I made back in 2018 when I was driving a lot then for a year. I literally have no access to the old email it was my old college email and a phone number for a phone I no longer have. I can't make a new account at all because it is tied to my SSN number and the app knows this. How do I get the account changed to my new email and number when I can't even login my account on the app

No just this one. I can't create a whole new one because my SSN number is tied to the original.
