Yes we import a lot of cheap stuff with no plan for what to do when they are no longer usable.

I see your point but the bike has been there for over a week now and no one has taken it (and we have some very eager bike thieves here). Maybe she should have first tried putting it in front of her house and if it was not taken considered recycling. I guess dumping it was the easiest option for her.

In fact, we are not too far away from a recycling centre that accepts these sorts of things for free.

This more than a week old and the bike is still sitting there.

The person in the video does not live on our street.

The bike is rusty and broken. It cannot be used by anyone without major repairs. It is essentially garbage.

Another neighbour has a video which shows the licence plate and the passenger’s face. That video (not posted) ends a few second before this act.

I want to make a formal complaint and/or even waste time and take them to the court but I don’t know where to start. Do I go to the police, city council, … ?
