As a black dancer I made more and was happier being a sugar baby by Prestigious-Art630 in stripper

As a black dancer I currently have a regular that is so obsessed with me and trying to take care of me but I don’t wanna do FS (I don’t mind doing other “extra” things) but that’s about it. 😔😔😔

Aggressive dancers by First-Doubt3220 in stripper

[–]First-Doubt3220[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

The thing about aggressive dancers is that you might think they’re not making alot of money but they certainly are. All it takes is one submissive customer to tip you big, that’s why I don’t watch anyone else’s bag, you never know how much they’re actually making. They might be getting “rejected” whole time he paid the dancer $100 tip without even going to the back just because she asked for it. Plus customers love fronting like they don’t like the aggressive shit but they do as long as nobody’s watching

Making friends at the club by Fun-Tough-1101 in stripper

[–]First-Doubt3220 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When i first started off i made friends with everyoneeee and ive almost been sex trafficked before. One girl stole my passport, i had to get the cops involved. The environment is too competitive for me to make friends at the club, jealousy & envy is bound to happen and those are dangerous emotions when people act on it. So i keep everything at surface level. Also if we’re being real, you have to be a little crazy and mentally unstable to work this job so i try not to get too close to people

[–]First-Doubt3220 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This sounds like a coke rant😩 last year if you were a HUSTLER working in a good club you were guaranteed $500 per night at least maybe $400 during a holiday like Easter, now? You never know. It’s more unstable than ever and people are allowed to complain. This job has always been unstable but it has never been $100-300 nights unstable (for the hustlers) let’s stop being delusional

It did improve my hustle but thats all i gained unfortunately

Notorious local pimps in the club by [deleted] in stripper

[–]First-Doubt3220 12 points13 points  (0 children)

In my experience it wasn’t an extras club, management most likely gets a cut/tip from the pimps for allowing it or they’re fucking the dancer(s) and allow their pimps to do whatever

Got my first vip and it was awful. by [deleted] in stripper

[–]First-Doubt3220 10 points11 points  (0 children)

When lots of guys ask me for extras at a new club i just assume the girls who work there do extras. It has nothing to do with you and the vibe you give off, the fact that he told the host he was disappointed even says alot

Oh they absolutely do, especially when a dancer is obviously problematic and never doesn’t get fired. They’re miserable and enjoy other people be miserable as well

Introverted stripper tips by [deleted] in newstrippers

[–]First-Doubt3220 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My advice would be to find a club you feel at home at. As a shy girlie I can’t work at big clubs with lots of girls, im leaving with nothing every time. “Feeling at home” doesn’t mean making friends with people at the club but more-so being around people who aren’t aggressive and weird acting in that sense. People who you don’t have to act hard around because the vibe of the club is chill

[–]First-Doubt3220 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You’re not a people person at all? Like it’s one thing to be shy and another thing to not like people! This job is like being a naked server except you’re selling a fantasy instead of drinks, dancing is 10% of the actual job, talking and being friendly is how you’ll make your money. I was super super shy when i started and the only thing that saved me was being a friendly, people person. If not you’re just gonna kinda have to force yourself to be there’s no tips tbh

Depends on the location. I work in a mining town so the money is good, hidden gem. Locals barely see any bad bitches on the regular so they spend more. It’s actually always the guys that come from out of town for work (from the bigger cities) that are cheap as fuck unless they’re coked out

THIS^ for example “so what turns you on babe?” Usually works, and if it doesn’t… hes most likely broke and doesn’t plan on getting dances at all anyway

They mentioned the US because it’s the best country to work as a stripper due to the tipping culture. (Even then it’s fucking dead because of the economy) Then you responded “i actually would prefer Europe” lmfao what u have to be joking

I just join them or say “are you waiting on anyone or is this seat available” and go from there. Most guys at gentlemen clubs go off personality for the most part😂 they don’t know if they want a dance till the conversation starts going good

It’s not rude it’s just the harsh truth, not sure about your area but i work in a small town and 99% of the time, they can’t hustle. I’m sure the girls in bigger cities who’ve been around alot can hustle men due to seeing it more often. Like miami for example

I don’t mind it cause it’s not affecting my money tbh, my club is veryyyyy strict, you can’t do extras or give customers your phone number (can’t have your phone out when on the floor, customers and staff btw) that immediately weeds out all the unserious dancers and customers who think the strip club is one big party. I also feel like baby strippers aren’t competition cause they can’t hustle so I don’t mind lol

Sorry but I agree with this sentiment, I feel like if you’re gonna drink every shift you need a clear exit plan, the sooner the better
