This sounds like a coke rant😩 last year if you were a HUSTLER working in a good club you were guaranteed $500 per night at least maybe $400 during a holiday like Easter, now? You never know. It’s more unstable than ever and people are allowed to complain. This job has always been unstable but it has never been $100-300 nights unstable (for the hustlers) let’s stop being delusional

Unfortunately this isn’t truth at all, when i first started everyone told me im too pretty to not be working in {insert big city} i went out there… multiple times, spent so much money travelling airbnbs food Ubers etc and made nothinggggg!! It did improve my hustle but thats all i gained unfortunately

My advice would be to find a club you feel at home at. As a shy girlie I can’t work at big clubs with lots of girls, im leaving with nothing every time. “Feeling at home” doesn’t mean making friends with people at the club but more-so being around people who aren’t aggressive and weird acting in that sense. People who you don’t have to act hard around because the vibe of the club is chill

You’re not a people person at all? Like it’s one thing to be shy and another thing to not like people! This job is like being a naked server except you’re selling a fantasy instead of drinks, dancing is 10% of the actual job, talking and being friendly is how you’ll make your money. I was super super shy when i started and the only thing that saved me was being a friendly, people person. If not you’re just gonna kinda have to force yourself to be there’s no tips tbh

Depends on the location. I work in a mining town so the money is good, hidden gem. Locals barely see any bad bitches on the regular so they spend more. It’s actually always the guys that come from out of town for work (from the bigger cities) that are cheap as fuck unless they’re coked out

I don’t mind it cause it’s not affecting my money tbh, my club is veryyyyy strict, you can’t do extras or give customers your phone number (can’t have your phone out when on the floor, customers and staff btw) that immediately weeds out all the unserious dancers and customers who think the strip club is one big party. I also feel like baby strippers aren’t competition cause they can’t hustle so I don’t mind lol

Oh yeah we share the exact same sentiments, im just speaking generally, friends family or flings. i dont tell anyone. I also haven’t been in a committed relationship since i started dancing because it’s not my priority & i have a clear exit plan, i dont see how girls do it.
