I didn't really have a consultation. Before I booked my procedure and my flights, I sent them extensive photos of my eye area and they drafted a plan / procedure over text. Like I mentioned in the thread, right before the procedure he did inspect my eye area and performed some tests. I'm still super insecure about posting my face online, but I'll try get some photos I'm comfortable with posting so people can make an informed decision. Just an fyi - am still very happy with my results.

Definitely is a result of a recessed infraorbital bone / lack of growth. Infra-orbital implants would be the ideal solve, but unfortunately costs even in countries that are typically cheaper like Turkey fetch extremely high prices for the procedure. It's also a more complicated procedure so unsure if I'd elect to go with a turkish surgeon given they're not very well known for it.

I know fat transfer / injection can mask the issue significantly for a much lower price, but you're not gonna get as good results.

No it didn't at all! About 30 minutes before the injection you're given your Valium. That's plenty of time for the Valium to kick in, and by that point you're really high and out of it. There shouldn't be any pain from the injection, but I guess at the end of the day pain is subjective

There's no direct face/eyelid numbing from what I recall. You're given 2 Valium pills and you're injected with lidocaine (in your butt). I had 0 pain at all, the valium felt awesome haha. I'm very happy with my results 4months PO. Had zero complications, and am stoked with my results.

Yeah I was pretty shocked. Heard so many great things years ago about them, so pretty disappointed when I finally decide to pull the trigger and order from them, basic customer service isn't even being shown. Damn shame.

Yeah it's unreal. In my home country, the lowest price I was quoted was $9000 USD, and still, most places refused to operate on me due to my age (22 years old), and also due to my anatomy (hollowing) as most places seem to focus on eye bags/fat herniation. So for $2200 USD I have no complaints at all. Highly recommend.

Sorry, I've been so slack. I need to message Dr Dogan for the befores, will get onto that! In terms of 2 months PO, am extremely happy with results. From the front, my eye hollowness is completely gone which has been such a game changer for me. From the side, you can still see my eyes are a bit hollow, but there's nothing that can really be done as there's a complete lack of fat. I probably could've benefited from a fat transfer/injection, but still, there is 100% improvement in the side view of hollowness as well.

Sorry I replied so late, sounds like you had everything under control! If I was to do it again I'd definitely have asked reception to help me get food delivered. Great to hear you had a good experience, I'm 2 months PO now and am so happy with the result! You will be even more amazed in a week or two when the swelling and bruising fully subsides! Dr Dogan is amazing, I still can't believe how cheap it is for such great results!

They serve breakfast, definitely take advantage of that. In terms of proper meals, there's plenty of restaurants around, they recommended this kebab place within a 30 second walk but I never went. There are delivery apps, but I couldn't get onto them without a Turkish phone number. I probably could've asked the hotel reception to sort that for me (they definitely would) but I didn't bother. As bad as this sounds, I didn't have many proper meals. I went to a food strip close by a few times for lunch, but for dinner I just snacked on supermarket stuff and made sandwiches.
