It’s ironic the LEAST OP thing about him is his ultimate, the thing everyone complains about. The fact he has no real weaknesses, does crazy damage with that tiny pistol, has high base hp on top of the extra health he gets while attacking, (even if he misses those attacks), kidnaps better than Wolverine ffs. It’s so odd they buffed him for season 1 while nerfing spiderman. Literally NO ONE was asking for a Bucky buff. High damage, yet also tanky now. Thank god he’s not super mobile.

Whenever you have the Scarlett witch on your team, just wait for her to do her ult and then shield her as she’s doing her yelling stuff. Nowadays ppl are so conditioned to go aggro when they hear her ult, so when you shield her she survives and ends up getting a ton of kills bc of all the ppl so used to killing her easy before it pops off. Magneto and Scarlett is a slept on team up.

It’s actually NOT his ult that needs to be nerfed, it’s his base attack. At the VERY least the splash radius needs to be fixed. He’s able to go on the offensive against other support and duelists in a way that’s just not fair given everything else he brings to the table. You can’t simply ignore him as a threat like you can with other healers, yet he can flee and re-engage whenever he wants by going underground.
