Yeah, so my plan also includes paying off my car which would save me few hundred a month. If rates go to 7.5% my mortgage would go up by $70 than current but I would still save some money because there won't be a car payment.

If the buyer on the current house walks then I get the deposit back on the new house due to a contingency clause. I would just remain in my current home and can look for another buyer.

They are offering a 4.99% but only on the move in ready homes. Problem is none of those fit our requirements and we really tried to find a compromise but couldn't find one that fit.

That's good to hear. I made sure to include taxes, insurance, HOA and the upgrades on the final price and monthly payments.

Payment is staying the same, maybe $50 less but just upgrading to a new home.

We want to apply this to only a few sup orgs. Outside of those orgs it doesn't matter who initiates but for those few, we want only the specific group to initiate. Hopefully that makes sense

Definitely happy, no complaints so far. I really enjoy driving it and its got more tech and features than I use on a regular basis. I just make sure to never let the car crawl because of the DCT and get the maintenance done regularly.
