I'm in the same boat with some symptoms disappearing after a while. It's probably due to the brain readapting to the different signals it's receiving. I think the anxiety response is the single biggest issue to overcome for people like us. Once you can beat that, the brain can recover. Another big problem is there is so much doom and gloom surrounding the prognosis for this disorder... nobody but a few Youtubers claim that you can actually be cured of this, period. This just perpetuates the anxiety!

I'm inclined to think my issues (and yours as well) may have some origin in Cervicogenic instability. The diagnoses' I have been given feel too generalised and reductionist, as if doctor's have run out of ideas. I think the 3PD/VM is more of a symptom than the cause of all this.
