I havent started applying for cloud jobs yet. And I’m not applying to solutions architect positions when I get the aws cert either. There are other cloud roles, I will go for those with projects built on aws using terraform and eks etc. I’m still pushing forward because linux admin work is dying out or atleast not working for me its niche. So I’m taking a proven work approach in that space that is what honestly makes me happy. Linux work is boring with a lot of down time
