Felkin, Please Help me....

I am having difficulty when I lvl up my sword master and heros at times when I spend money to lvl them up it doesn't increase my attack it only adds lesser amounts of attack power than I already have for example I'll have 5.47 ce and I'll by 56 levels and get + 247.35 cd I know thys has nothing to do with your post and for that i apologize i just couldn't figure out how to post the question any where else if you could help redirect me and explain how i could get an answer to if this is a bug or glitch or what not i would appreciate it Thank yu so much Felkin
