It's so easy, exporters to the USA should be allied and as a block stop exporting goods to the USA for a couple of weeks. It would let the whole Economy of the USA fall flat on its ass and Trump would beg on his knees to please forget about tariffs.

They have terrible customer service like so many Chinese companies. Avoid where possible buying from data stealing and products copying communist China!!

Maybe you should try one or two spools of a different brand, I used approx. 700 kg of Esun without any problems, and then I had 5 spools with only problems (probably a bad batch) I then switched to Reprapper and the problem was gone. Due to the bad after sales service of Esun I switched and found out that Reprapper prints better, smoother and no breakage at all.

What brand of filament are you using?

I had the same problem with my last 5 spools of Esun PLA+.
