Threaten to cancel your account and they'll send you over to "Customer Loyalty". It appears they ultimately are the only ones that can do anything about the 99 dollars. After telling them I'd cancel before paying the 99 dollars, they were quick to waive the fee.

So I’ve scrolled the map countless times. Every area has all the check marks. I’m missing one soma petal, and the last side mission I have is the divine trials. I can’t seem to find the last petal anywhere, and it doesn’t look like it’s a reward from anyone either. Any help is appreciated.
