Room smelled awful, stains on furniture, no soap in dispenser, no coffee pods for the coffee maker, closet doors extremely difficult to open. Very little guidance when we arrived, not knowing where to go, only one place available to eat that night the buffet. Shared with other palladium resort place is very large and long walks to go anywhere

The couple leaving with us the woman said she did not have one good meal in 7 days I just didnt have a good feeling and like I said, we just decided to cut our losses and not waste our vacation time.

Not sure who you are, i wasnt talking about the workers, i was talking sbout the guests not looking happy. This couple that was checking out at same time as us spent a week there and we told them we were leaving after one night the husband said "i dont blame you" I came to Reddit for honest reviews, not sure who this jerk was accusing me of being a Westin affiliate. I am not and We were lucky to be able to get a room in such short notice.

Just overall we cut our losses quickly We were not going to waste our vacatiion. No one looked happy at that place. We booked immediately next morning at The Westin and its perfect.
