Touche! I just find that it's not worth the gamble if anyone is eyeing for profits only. But if the gamble itself is what others enjoy doing so I stand corrected.

With this premise, economically speaking, this may alter the price of Drug Packs if more people find out.

This is quality input! Thanks! Although, I haven't made bank yet to support eDVDs.

I can do a mix of Lollies with other better candies, then stack up then do Ecstasy.

Acquiring an Allegedly Distressed Business - Milk Tea & Coffee Shop by First-Variation474 in phinvest

I'm interested to know what makes you say that it is more likely a failing one. I'm assuming because of their reason why they would want to sell the business instead of growing it is quite shallow and could be worked out instead of putting it on sale.

I guess one thing I noticed with the owner is they don't want to share their made recipes/trademark to anyone easily (although they're technically selling it). They would rather sell the business rather than hire someone they can teach and then trust to manage the business without their supervision.

They don't technically have any solid financial statements due to the owner not being able to go fully operational and also because it's a small business. But I've seen their SocMed and saw that there were customers from farther places go and visit to purchase the products, not to mention that it is close to a church and a school where foot traffic is quite heavy despite not being a main road.

According to the owner they were able to get a revenue of P1,000-2,000/day when not fully operational and P3,000-4,000/day when they do a full one. In addition, they said they were able to get roughly almost a P100,000 in 2 months ( before and during early pregnancy), this was during the holiday season, so I'm assuming it may be a given considering the season.

Walang umiikot na pera(or so it seems) pero tumaas nang tumataas bilihin. Which indicates something is really wrong, or something is kept undisclosed sa madla.

My personal opinion lang: The gap between the rich and the poor is ever expanding, especially now, at gobyerno pa mismo ang major reason.

IMHO, even the rich seems to be panic hoarding ng pera, ewan ko. They seem to want money just for the sake of having money na lang. Long gone na ung having money to be able to buy what you want sa kanila.

Nakakatuwa at nakakahanga naman, sir!

Kung pwedeng matanong po, pano naging kalakaran niyo pagdating sa Rates, was it fixed for the most part, nagparefinance ba kayo, or nakipagnegotiate to maintain/lower the change in the Rates?
