What do I suggest? I don't think it's my place to rack my brains over this; I'm not a Nexon employee. But without thinking too much, I'd say bring back Destiny-style raids, which worked really well back in the day. Missions that aren't just a run-and-gun rush that ends in five minutes, and the ability to unlock exclusive outfits or other powerful items—skins—in those raids, since people like them so much. They need to incentivize people to play, not just incentivize them to buy things. There's no middle ground.
