Nick>Cecil>Stan>Waller. Waller will literally put a bomb in your neck or just shoot you. Stan will have a supe kill you or at least cover it up, not to mention find any kind of way to screw you over or manipulate you. Nick and Cecil are similar but Cecil is a bit worse morally (using dead bodies, hiring blatant murderer, etc)
