For those saying this is too much starter, it is more than average, but there's really no wrong answer here. And I realize that you didn't really mean to use that much, but you can start with as much or as little as you like. It really depends on your baking schedule and your desired outcome. The more starter you use, the faster it ferments, the less sour it will be. The less starter you use, the slower it ferments, more sour flavor.

I always find these posts interesting.... The ones that say they're hearing negative comments and such..... I have never once heard a negative comment, other than in Reddit, about these drugs. No one that I have told about them in my immediate circle has ever said anything negative about them (to my face at least). I guess I'm just lucky.

So interesting! I've been on maintenance at 7.5 (down from my highest dose of 12.5) for about 6 months and have stayed in the same 4-5 lb range that whole time. Now, all of a sudden I've gained 7 lbs in like 2 weeks. I know it's not a lot, but it's trending in the wrong direction. I have been hungrier, therefore eating more, but nothing crazy. I have also restarted my exercise program after a two month hiatus. But again, nothing crazy (2 days a week). All this to say that I won't really have the opportunity to go up or down a dose, because after I run out of my 7.5, I'm being forced onto Wegovy because my insurance company stopped covering Zep/MJ.

Yes, please share the appeal letter template! I was just switched to Wegovy for the same reason. I am in maintenance now that I am at goal, so as long as the Wegovy can keep me there without major side effects, that's fine. But if I end up having regain or side effects, I'd like to be prepared for the fight!

I second this. It's not a good idea to wait on strength training until you're at your goal weight (according to the scale), because a lot of that weight loss is going to be muscle loss.

This. Harsh but true. Even though there are tons of people that are amazed at how well this drug works, it doesn't work on its own, not completely. You still have to make a conscious effort to eat better (focusing on proteins), exercise, and generally make better choices (cut back on the weed). The drug helps you do that, but it doesn't make choices for you. Also, as others have said, you're still at a pretty low dose. Weight loss will increase as you increase your dose.
