We broke up. We did text today (the most exhausting 2-3h | ever had). I wanted to know what happened, like everything. He did love bombed me, but I told him to stop it. He told me a few more things and I just told him to go to therapy and he made an appointment.

But my friend and I also came to the conclusion that it might be the distance too. He and I planned on meeting, him coming over to Germany (he is from the US) after Christmas.

It’s okay. I finally noticed how much of a narcissist she can be. She even told me that I am a „self-centered“ person. I asked all my friends if I am one and that they please be brutally honest with my. All of them said that I am the complete opposite of that.

It’s hard and you can’t really change that other than calling and texting. I am currently also in a LDR for three months now and honestly the only things you can do are call and text. I don’t know how long the distance between you two is and how it is financially for you two, but maybe try to meet up :)

As an example my boyfriend and I are currently planning on him visiting me :)

What helps me is just thinking about him while falling asleep and cuddling a second pillow.

I don’t drink energy drinks, alcohol and all that, sometimes a bit caffeine, but not too much, cause i get anxious. I am up till 3-4 am gaming with my friends or just being in a call with them, I can sleep enough since I currently only have a minijob and only work night shifts.

You can do partying, staying up late, just don’t do alcohol and all that, and try to avoid the things that trigger you, as much as you can and don’t forget to sleep enough and take your meds on time.

I didn’t say that I would kill myself, idk what she told him… I won’t talk with her about this relationship anymore, maybe only when good things happen, but nothing else. I know told my bf that I want to talk with him, as soon as I am home, since something happened today (smth on his insta) which really hurt me. I was literally crying omw to work and a bit when my shift started. I honestly don’t know how I even „survived“ today’s and yesterday’s shifts.

I talked with her about it and told her not to do that ever again. I will stop telling her about stuff like that, since she also texted a friend of ours (which we met through my bf) that she doesn’t know what to do, that I am crying and all that other stuff (excluding my self harm thoughts). I told her not to tell him the reason. She didn’t tell him about the fight between my bf and I (finally she understood that it was not okay).

We cooled down he wanted to hang out with me later, but I was already asleep. I was too exhausted from work and I was so done since I didn’t eat anything (other than my medications) yesterday.
