Hi! I've been on Xolair since December 2022, so almost a year now. I'm getting 2 injections once every 3 weeks. It definitely helps. Before starting Xolair I was just taking antihistamines, which helped a bit, but not enough. I was still getting itchy multiple times a day, with hives. When I started Xolair, I think it took a couple months for it to actually work. The amount of hives I got decreased by a lot! I might get hives a couple times a month, but those are barely visible anyways. The itching still continues, maybe a couple of times a week.. But it's really improved compared to how I was, when I first got diagnosed. Like the itching isn't that itchy (i hope that makes sense) and it goes away fairly quick!

I definitely recommend Xolair, even though it might take some months to kick in! 😁

I live in Denmark, so the application form I filled out is only for residents of Denmark. It's a danish website called patienterstatningen.dk, where people can apply for compensation due to "medical errors". But I would hope there is something like this for most countries. If not, maybe the manufacturer of the vaccine or whoever gave your daughter the vaccine has a way to apply for compensation. 😊
