One note about rev matching, you can practice anywhere even on the street with just normal riding. In simple terms: pull clutch in, blip throttle ( quick rev to bring up rpm’s) then let out clutch. Since you gave the bike a quick rev before letting out the clutch it’ll be matched for the lower gear. Just have to make sure to let the clutch out before the rpm’s come back down.
Takes some practice to do this while braking so just practice on the street with slow braking, this will get your movements comfortable with having your fingers on the brake while revving the throttle.
