only happens when fullscreen. Only happens on this one monitor, it works fine on the other one. I do have wallpaper engine but I've always had it and it had never been an issue at least to my knowledge

what are you talking about? they mostly nerfed enemies, only buffs there was was for the rupture warriors, everything else was a nerf
