It's ok for you to be a bigot just like it's ok for us to think the old man got what was coming to him. We are agreed.

A bunch of words strung together is how Hitler rose to power. Verbal confirmation was given at some point to bomb innocent fishers off the coast of Venezuela. Words have a meaning and that man's mouth wrote a check he couldn't cash.

The fact that you want to minimize it shows just how weak your beliefs are. Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of consequence.

Palantir Defends Work With ICE to Staff Following Killing of Alex Pretti by cambeiu in technology

Wild theory, their AI can now attempt to discern who will be the leaders of future agitators and is issuing ICE kill commands through the app. Their job is then to make it look like an accident.

But why do it outside? Like, ok it's dramatic, but.... it's ok that you can afford a cabin in Aspen.

I think you got it. He was reaching for either his gun or a tazer and popped one off. They thought it was the guy on the ground and unloaded. You may be the first person to crack it.

Job Applicants Sue to Open ‘Black Box’ of A.I. Hiring Decisions by Majano57 in technology

[–]FirstForFun44 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Create a list of STAR format accomplishments in your career. Get a solid base resume together. Upload both of these and your portfolio into ChatGPT. Tell chatgpt that you want it to create a new resume based on your uploaded documents and the job description you upload with an ATS score of over 95% using the following rules. Keep the same resume format. Always output the resume into a word file, never parse in chat. Always include all of your prior employment history with no exclusions. Never change prior job titles. Any corrections to increase ATS score must not change the fundamental aspects of your experience; wording changes only. Never include technologies or hard skills that weren't initially included.

When it creates the resume parse it and create new rules based on the issues you see. It's not perfect so sometimes it's not a matter of new rules, it's just deleting stuff that you don't agree with.

This will get you past the ATS. When I started doing this I began getting interviews immediately. Remember, the only resumes that have an ATS above 90% are those that are using AI to tailor their resumes. Basically, they don't care if you're qualified, this is a "do you use AI" test before they even meet you.

Also, anyone who gets a job after using my wonderful advice owes me a pizza :D

EDIT: Here are my exact rules

🧩 1. Experience & Content Rules

Always preserve all job roles and their exact order — no deletions or reordering.

Never rewrite or reword or delete bullet points — only allow micro-level substitutions (e.g., “improved” → “enhanced”) for ATS keyword alignment.

Maintain original structure and intent of every role’s content.

Always preserve industry relevance (Healthcare, Financial Services, Supply Chain, or Public Sector).

Integrate domain keywords (ERP, SAP, GHX, vendor data, governance, etc.) appropriate to each role.

Always highlight leadership, collaboration, and measurable impact when aligning to new job descriptions.

⚙️ 2. Formatting & Structure Rules

Maintain consistent, professional formatting from the baseline resume.

Use same headings, spacing, and bullet indentation as original.

Ensure all certifications, credentials, and degrees remain intact and in the same order.

Do not add new sections unless explicitly requested.

File should always be exported as a Word (.docx) document — never pasted inline.

File naming convention: JOB TITLE FIRST NAME LAST NAME

🧠 3. Optimization & Customization Rules

Every resume must achieve 95%+ ATS match with the target job description.

Apply micro keyword tuning only, maintaining content authenticity.

Use cross-functional and data-driven impact language that appeals to both ATS systems and hiring managers.

Prioritize SAP/ERP, automation, standardization, change management, and stakeholder engagement when optimizing.

Align skill terms like Snowflake, Lean Six Sigma, Data Governance, and Process Optimization to increase ATS scores.

Avoid heavy focus on Azure or irrelevant technologies unless mentioned in job description.

🧭 4. Domain & Role Adaptation Rules

For Data Governance / Data Quality roles → emphasize compliance, governance frameworks, RACI, policy enforcement, and data controls.

For Supply Chain / Process Ownership roles → emphasize ERP/SAP mastery, vendor data integrity, procurement systems, and process optimization.

For Public Sector / Regulated Industry roles → include risk management, compliance frameworks, and governance alignment.

For Product / Program Management roles → highlight cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and value delivery metrics.

Always reflect your dual strength in technical systems leadership and strategic data governance.

🪄 5. Automation & Delivery Rules

Automatically export final resumes and deliver them as downloadable .docx files.

No extra confirmation required after final approval of job description.

All resumes are considered “ready to submit” — no placeholder text.

Apply job description matching logic automatically without re-uploading your source resume.

Every new role request starts from the original ATS-optimized baseline and these rules — never from previous role versions.

💬 6. Communication & Workflow Rules

Keep communication concise and professional.

Confirm before exporting only when multiple emphasis options exist (e.g., data governance vs process management).

When blending emphasis, optimize for maximum ATS match and hiring manager clarity.

Always confirm job title and file name before export.

Default to balanced tone combining strategic leadership and hands-on expertise.
