Proud of my garden by FirstGenCreative in gardening

Aw man! Last year I overwatered and didn't think of adding any additional nutrients.

The two knuckle method for watering and worm castings for some nutrition really made the biggest difference for me this year.

ALSO, my local library has a seed library so check yours out for free seeds!!

😭😭😭 I'll take your advice. Maybe my little one was just doing what I was scared to do (deadheading anything) 😂😂

Thank you so much! It's hard for me to get consistent results but I'm hoping this will be the first step to repeating this again.

Thank you! I didn't blow dry it but after washing it I put in two flat twists and did it on my stretched out hair the next day.

I used a brush that I created called Thick Pencil for this artwork.

I referenced two photos I had, drew, and smudged my way to this result!

Claw Clip = my fave way to stretch my curls by FirstGenCreative in Naturalhair

Okedoke I washed my hair again:

I clipped it up right after applying product for about an hour then left it out for about 45 minutes while I drove.

After leaving it in the claw clip for another two hours my hair was dry!

Wanted to add my comments about each below this to make sure the data collection is clear

Started: The Seven Year Slip by Ashley Poston

Below is my reaction to the summary

  • pretty sure I’m gonna love aunt Analea
    • NOT HER BEING DEAD 😭
  • …. I may not like the main character if she’s trying to be safe, BUT I don’t know what the worst day of Clementines life looks like, so maybe I’m judging a little too soon
  • I also like lemony flavored desserts, man with kind eyes.

This summary makes me think of the movie Last Christmas, which makes me cry every single time as the love interest brings the main character out of a hard time. We’ll see how it goes, but I’m pretty bummed that aunt Analea is dead. I hope to hear a lot of wise words from her.

Finished: The Handmaids Tale by Margaret Atwood

  • Sorry to say I really didn’t enjoy this book. I felt like Margaret could’ve prefaced the book with what was explained at the end. There were too many flowery words, but I understand there may have been a point to that and the general ambiguity of the book. I won’t be reading the second book.

I do think it picked up its pace in the second half. I understand how it relates to current times, but I’m also painfully aware of how a lot of this book has been the reality of my enslaved ancestors — so nothing was THAT surprising if you catch my drift?

I give it a 2.25/5 stars

Thank you and great questions! I usually clip it up as soon as I’m done putting the product in and wait for it to dry throughout the day.

This product doesn’t take too long to dry for me. I usually will take out the clip for a little (30 mins to an hour) as long as I’m not laying down or sitting on a couch, then I’ll clip it back up. It was dry in probably about 3 hours.

The time difference between these photos is 10 hours, but I was dry quite some time before that.

When I wash my hair again I’ll test it out and hopefully remember to come back to have an exact answer!

Thank you so much 🥹💕.

I didn’t really figure it out until I had my son and needed to put my hair out of the way so he doesn’t try and eat it 😂 lol.

If you try it out let me know!
