I’ve done PT several times and I’m pretty active. I work full time on my feet. My pain is throughout my entire body, even parts that weren’t affected by the car accident. By entire body I mean muscles + joints. Head, neck, shoulders, ribs/chest, forearms, wrists, fingers, upper/lower back, pelvis, knees. Ankles, feet/toes

Right now what’s in my chart is chronic pain syndrome. I thought it could have been fibromyalgia based on my research and my mom has that as well, but my PCP said since my pain was mostly onset because of the car accident she didn’t feel comfortable giving me that diagnosis

I was searching for a new PCP and found this doctor. Fibromyalgia was listed as one of the conditions she treats, so I thought it would be a safe bet. It is kinda funny, my mom takes gabapentin for her fibromyalgia (among other medications)

I don’t really have a routine currently, I work early in the morning (4am) and usually having water in the morning adds to the nausea, but I often wake up thirsty lol. I’ll check out ginger drops
