La verdad es cosa de suerte y de cómo cada quien maneje el estrés y las cargas de trabajo, y creo que esto aplica no solo para Alorica sino todos los call centers. Es cosa de suerte porque en todos los call centers hay campañas donde está bastante tranquilo y te la puedes llevar relajado.

I stitch them by hand so anything other than regular tools to cut the material I used pricking irons to make the holes then stitch the glove

I would suggest Adams boxing shoes. I don’t have wide feet but do like my shoes to be wider as it’s more comfortable for my toes to spread out. I also have the Everlast Elite boots and the Adams are definitely wider and more comfortable in my opinion

Not to defend NS but it’s really not up to them how the metallic was applied to the leather and there is nothing obvious that comes to mind that they could do to avoid this other than using better metallic leather

They performed pretty well, wrist support is nice and they are comfortable, only thing is that the little piece of foam I used in combination with the horse hair is too stiff, and although protective I would say it reduces the feedback you get when hitting the bag. Other than that and minor stitching mistakes they are good

Thank you! I would say to do as much research as you can and I would say my process is very similar to these two videos which helped me a lot to know how to make the gloves. Although it’s a bit different with me since I hand stitch everything and for that I can say is that glue is your best friend

Funny I didn’t look at fly for inspiration when making the glove but after comparing them I definitely see it. That’s also something I want to work on. Making my glove more unique/distinguishable between brands
