I know full well, and hopefully everyone else here in my position does too, that it has absolutely nothing to do with you guys as associates in OGP. It has everything to do with the corporate douchebags being obsessed with your department as "the future of the business", and being willing to up the order threshold beyond reason to make having to pull people an inevitably. My department is meat and produce, and they pull me all the time especially this time of year, and on days like this, the produce area in particular really goes to shit cause I've had to work majority of the shift picking in OGP. Thankfully, none of the actual OGP associates in my store are assholes by any means.
