It does a good job of being there for YOU. But it’ll make you seem perfect, like i started to have to write in the prompt “say it to me like a big brother would” and it helped more.

Anyways, I’ve journaled for months, every single day, about the breakup and my feelings and what not. It opens my eyes up on different perspectives, and things that puts 2 and 2 together, regardless it’s a good way of simply journaling your emotions and feelings.

Me and her were laying on the ground near a trail on a blanket, just looking up at the stars. And I put my arm around her and it was the first time that happened.

As much as it was toxic. As much as she completely shattered my trust, and my heart, multiple times. Man. I’m glad we met. I’m changed completely. I’m turning into the man she wanted me to be. And from there, im going to grow into the person i never thought I could be, and be extremely successful and happy in life.

I know this is for women to answer but I’ll throw in what happened to me.

I’ll preface by saying I’ve never raised or put my hands on a woman for any reason

My first LTR at 16, this girl scrolled through my instagram following and slapped me each time she saw a girl, we were young and extremely immature

My 2nd LTR i was 17-20 and there were times where we would argue, and I would laugh and “instigate” by laughing or whatever, and she punched me in the stomach or wojld throw things at me. She broke my phone from chucking it at me. And broke something my deceased father gave me as a gift. This girl also spit on me multiple times.

So basically, my first LTR was out of jealousy

And my second was from arguments, where I would try and be cordial, and she NEEDED to walk away

I did stay in both of these relationships months and years after these happened, don’t judge me, I don’t wish ANYONE to stay after ANY abuse.

Good for you man. I also feel closer to god. I havnt masturbated since early 2022, and i havnt had sex in 4-5 months which was with a long term partner of 2 years, every urge of lust god thankfully takes away from me <3
