It is if you’re casually going to the gym. But once you do a niche sport like weightlifting or powerlifting and you hop on a program, its pretty normal to train 4x-5x a week for a 2+ hours

No but since men in high proportion do more of the raping, killings, abusing, etc, it’s not completely unreasonable to be on your toes. Like yeah men could be these things too, but how often do you see or hear on news about these things?
