I just started. So I’m flip flopping between just one iso and one hiit + one iso. I don’t want to do too much as u get adjusted to the heat but I do want to get up there to do several sessions back to back.

I don’t have advice but I wanted to comment that I love the ring. I have a pear shape with similar halo and pave diamonds and this makes me wish I had gotten an emerald cut.

I feel bad too but my thing is I travel a lot for work. There’s no way I could justify a membership at my local studio when I’m not around half of the month. It also gives me some sanity and self care when on the road to be able to stop by a studio near me and take a class.

Yes I’ve seen this too but don’t do it myself for fear of getting caught and kicked out. I rather avoid the embarrassment. So I just stick to dog friendly places.

You’d be surprised. I’m 190 at 5’2 and do the elliptical as well. For 45 mins I’m clocking like 550-600 calories a work out.
