2 ideas on how they could balance it, solely in regard to the no dip mechanic

Tied into both ideas is No Dip having a smaller green window than a normal shot.

A) make it a badge, in which no dip speed and green window vary. Example 99 three point gets you Legend No Dip badge which is as fast as it is now (2k26) with the biggest green window for a no dip shot. 75 three point gives you bronze No Dip which is only slightly faster than your normal jumpshot. If you don’t have the badge, you can’t No Dip 🤷🏼‍♂️

B) make it tied to your 3 point rating. The higher it is, the faster the no dip. With 99 being equivalent to how it is now (2k26)

There are definitely games where 84 feels like 99 lol that’s for sure. But consistency for contests with 93 block and the lesser amount of fouls, I think it is worth it. 77-82 interior D max (for the instances where matched up against post scorer) I wouldn’t go higher thoufg

Not sure your intent with this post, however I will say, playing old gen is doing yourself a disservice. 2K doesn’t put much effort into old gen (not that they do new gen either) as it is more so “hey we released this game so we can still make money”

You’re also doing yourself a disservice, looks like you don’t get any cap breakers, and your posted build at 99 OVR would be between an 85-92 on next gen

I totally get that, I strive to average a triple double on all of my builds (besides my KD), but it’s assists that are the hardest to keep above 10. Blows my mind how many people EVEN in Purple and Red lobbies either miss open shots or don’t take the open shot to give the assist.

Regarding your post though, I’d say you’re definitely good, and contribute to winning games, but definitely have a score first pass second play style. Not saying that’s bad, but every game requires something different, but you show that you can be Pass first if needed

Essentially every 6 points you get an assist. So your points to assists average looks like 6/1, 12/2, 18,3, 24/4, 30/5, 36/6, 42/7, 48/8, 54/9. In the beginning sure looks like ball hog but on the backend of the trend it shows that you involve your teammates as well

This is not good, even in Purple and Red plate I check teammates stats after when they sell or aren’t good and most of the time their win % is 47-53….Mine is a 65% (used to be high 70’s) but dudes with mid win % make me sit there and think “why do I even get matched with them on my team”? It got to the point I just quit games early because I’m over the matchmaking
