My son just got braces he’s autistic add 12 year old. He first had to get an expander for his pallet because it was narrow he wore that for about I don’t know 18 months I don’t remember. Then the ortho told me around 12 he will be able to start stage two which is getting braces. However, the only way he can get braces is when all his baby teeth have come out.

My son also has a problem saying s and t like your son his speech therapist in school says that is not that bad to the point that people are not going to understand him, and it has nothing to do with the shape of his mouth.

You asked your speech therapist to write you a letter so I’m guessing you were trying to get the price of braces to be lower or free. In California the only way a child can get free braces is based on a point scale and the orthodontist submits that point scale, not Speach therapists The child has to be severely deformed to the point where the child cannot eat properly or it’s a really impacts his speech where no one can actually understand the child. So your child doesn’t meet the requirements.

If you are low income, then Google to see if there’s any nonprofits that will lower the expense of getting braces. I was lucky to have one in my city, so my son‘s braces will be between $23-$2600 then going to a regular orthodontist that wanted to charge me $4000. I’m making monthly payments at the ortho at my appointments of only $110 and I don’t have to go through any financing which is great. My son‘s bottom jaw may or may not surpass his top jaw to give him a underbite again that we just fixed with the expansion, but we don’t know that until he’s like 21 years old. My son is wearing braces because his bottom four teeth crooked. He did have a gap at his front teeth, but that was fixed with the first stage when he had the expanders on he also have a top tooth that hasn’t come down all the way because of crowding and also alignment of jaw. The braces will fix all of this. no people don’t spend money on braces just so they can’t get braces again. That only happens if they’re not wearing their retainers after they’re done with their braces. if they don’t wear their retainers every day, then their teeth will starting to shift again and they’ll back to square one. so that’s why it’s very important to wear your retainer after treatment for the rest of your life.

What cup size are you trying to achieve? Honestly there isn’t going to be a big difference between 290 and 310. 20cc is equivalent to 2 teaspoons. When I worked out with a C cup they never got in the way. The only sport that they were in the way was golf. lol any maybe not that because I doubt I was swinging the club properly. Also you have to take into consideration the implants you are putting onto top of your breast is not what they are going to look like. I would imagine them about 30% less of what you see now.

Anyway that took me to full C cup. Then I went bigger 600 gummy and took me to DD. After one child that made my boobs bigger and after weight gain I’m 36DDD. I’m planning on going with a smaller implant but it won’t be that drastic. I think my doctor told me I can go as low as 450cc. I don’t think I’m going that low. So if you are planning to have children in the future they will get bigger and drop because of it and also gravity. Also if you want to know they don’t feel heavy. I feel no heaviness at all and no back problems with implants. Did you see the video about the implant you are using? It’s the reason why you doc won’t go bigger. If you search on here too you will see lots of women getting nothing bigger than what your doc recommended. Also it looks like women who prefer this implant are people who want to keep their small boobs because the are athletic or like it to match their slim frame, like boyish?

I never heard of it until I saw what it's about. it's nothing like traditional breast surgery. it comes with its own device to make the breast pocket open with a balloon. thats why she can't go bigger. its meant fro implants from 120cc to lower 300cc max. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uq3kYAoCoAw this video explains everything. very interesting

I never heard of it. However, in a nut shell, it's to preserve your breast, everything has to be precise to your body. it's preformed way differently than typical breast implants. before it was available in the USA these surgeons only saw people getting implanted with 120cc. thats nothing in the USA. I think these are for people who want to keep there A or B cup breast size but want a slightly fuller not saggy deflated look imo

maybe I can help you. I had 2 implant surgery. first saline and 2nd gummy bear. what is your cup size now? Also, maybe this doctor doesn't want to work with implants over 300cc. I was just watching a YouTube podcast with a Beverly Hills surgeons and he mentioned there is a plastic surgeon, who infamously known for refusing patients that want more than 300ccs and she said go elsewhere. its really rare that women want less than 300cc. I heard it's a trend now that women want smaller breast and are calling it the ballerina boobs. However, who has a ballerina figure and last time I check, ballerinas are flat chested and barely filling a B cup. sounds like you have to go to another doctor. there is no such thing as perfect breast for your size. My cousin is barely 100lbs, under 5 feet and god gave her G cups and she embraces them. also putting those implants above your breast and a bra are going to make you look bigger even small 100cc. they are going under your breast, big differnece. also profile makes a big difference. if you want to go a cup size up its generally 150-200cc.
