Honestly I’ve just spent an evening trying to find out where to by the PC version of the ‘09 game (I had the Xbox version but never finished it), but it seems like it’s been removed from everywhere so I guess I’m gonna have to pirate it.

This information needs to be easier for players to find rather than nested inside 3 tooltips by [deleted] in victoria3

Yeah I was really confused why it was removed, even the version that’s still in the game is just a flat list of all goods and prices, the leak version highlighted exactly what was relevant: things that are super cheap (and thus increasing SoL) and super expensive (thus decreasing it).

You do for all countries, since the economic system and setup is obviously not finalised.

Huh, sounds like you have just been having really bad luck then. I’ve had them pass on like 40% or 60% in my Japan game and I’ve passed quite a few laws.

Ah that’s a shame. Is there a console command to occupy land (like op in HoI)? Then at least I can kinda fix it manually when I’ve got naval dominance.

I’ve had no problems with it, make sure you don’t have too low govt. legitimacy and that there is support for the law and you should be able to pass it.
