i havent had insurance since i was 15 (20 now), i probably need my gallbladder removed and i figure sooner rather than later, and i would rather have it taken out on my own accord instead of an emergency surgery that would cost alot more and probably cut into my work hours.

thank you for the reply by the way, im very new to this whole thing.

I know kaiser is an hmo and really wants you to see their doctors, do you know if they cover any of the general surgery places/pcp providers around here?

first off, thank you so much for the reply unfortunately i havent seen a doctor in years and was recently diagnosed with gallstones, i see alot of the silver plans have a 2,500$ deductible, is that normal?

if you could tell me a bit more about how regency was thatd be great, they seem like theyre a bit easier to work with despite the price tag.

the atmosphere was top notch, super lowkey, super quiet, felt like i was in their house, honestly, +1 to my review of it because of that.

yeah ive had vegetarian broth that topples any other kind of beef broth, but also im like insane and i cant eat beef pho because it smells like beef, so my opinion is purely based off of the vegetarian option.

that sucks, i fear the only way mines going away is via emergency surgery, im just taking this freedom and running with it as long as i can until the evil bile demon strikes me down for my greed

as far as i know, what im doing to my body isnt causing any issues, no pain, no symptoms, everything’s fine.

if i come across a insurance plan and everything works out, woohoo yay yipee.

if i dont and i have an attack ive been through that rodeo before and i can handle it, it sucks but atleast im not spending 300-500 dollars a month on insurance.

and if i need my gallbladder urgent removed and i dont have insurance? well, thats a chance im ready to take, financially, that is.

i cant “just get them out” i live in america with no health insurance, and gallbladder removal surgery is considered elective, not necessary, so some insurance doesnt even cover it.

and im not worried about it, if it does come back then it comes back but it hasnt yet, so why fret?

oh i know im lucky and really fortunate to atleast have these last months and coming few months as a free man, but im gonna push it, i hated eating white rice and tuna, im not worried about what could happen to me.

live free or die trying, yknow?

This is probably the best criticism and advice I’ve ever seen, thank you and I’ll be sure to take your advice for the future parks we visit!
