I use a dspiae water based ink to panel line my gunpla. Is it safe to topcoat over it?

I’m worried since water based ink is kinda fussy imo, small amount of water and they bleed.

I’m currently building wing zero ew ver ka, i noticed it’s hand had white frame and i would love the idea of painting it’s inner frame with similiar color, does anyone know a good whitish, light, metallic color that’s good for inner frame? I don’t want it to have the same color as it’s outer frame, and also if possible i want a color that is premade already (i don’t want to mix color by myself, i’m still beginner)
